while I'm working on both an art challenge and a comic, I'll give a bit of an announcement:
I've finally completed my Nintendo Home Console Collection, as I've finally obtained a Virtual Boy!
(pay no attention to the cat in the background, he just loves video game consoles :3)

the place I got it from only had 1, so it was extremely pricey, but it was worth it!
I'm a bit scared to ask...
How much did you 'pay' for that short-lived piece of junk? Did the collectors market do you dirty?
$550, it's slightly over the price people re-sell it for online (which from what I can tell, is $500, not including shipping), but I'd say it was well worth the purchase!

Well, it could be worse: You could be on a quest to find the last working Vectrex or something. ;)
(For reference: There is a website dedicated to collecting and publishing the IDs of broken Vectrexes because some people have just been reselling machines that did 'not' work as "working" and blaming it on transport companies, etc. afterwards.)
damn, that's a screwed up market, but yeah, it definitely could've been worse for me XD
